Early Learning Childhood Educator Full-Time

Location: The School for Limitless Learning Valrico Florida

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM (Monday Friday)

Compensation: $23.00 per hour

Are you passionate about nurturing young children and helping them reach their full potential Easterseals Florida is hiring a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at The School for Limitless Learning an inclusive private school designed for children who are neurodiverse or have related disabilities. In this role youll support the growth and development of children ages 6 weeks to 3 years in a play-based supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a safe nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
  • Develop and deliver age-appropriate play-based curriculum and activities
  • Ensure close supervision and safety of children at all times
  • Maintain open communication with parents and families
  • Collaborate with fellow educators and staff for a positive and cohesive team experience
  • Observe assess and document childrens development to tailor learning plans



Qualifications:

  • A Bachelors Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field with coursework (preferred but not required)
  • A Florida Staff Credential required (one of the following)
  • ----Florida Child Care Professional Credential (FCCPC)
  • ----Early Childhood Professional Certificate (ECPC)
  • ----National Early Childhood Credential (CDA/NECC) or
  • ----Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development
  • Successful completion of the Florida Department of Children & Families 45-hour Child Care Training
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
