Responsibilities:
Handle phone calls and welcome guests in reception
Manage office cleaning and maintenance ensure a clean and safe office environment
In charge of suppliers selection & management contracts negotiation procurement etc
Assist on entry and exit of employees
Supervise the receipt and delivery of courier
Manage payments promptly dealing with petty cash ensuring compliance with company
policies and processes
Support on flights & hotel bookings for QIMA staff when needed per their work requirement
Responsible for the issuance of work permit and work visas as needed by foreign nationals
In-charge of tools allocation for employees (include laptops access cards etc)
Makes monthly inventory of employees laptops/monitors process fixed asset list and submit report to PEZA
Ensure compliance with government permits and requirements (LGUs PEZA etc)
Undertake other administrative tasks assigned by direct leader/manager
