- Lead the cleanup and mitigation effort after disasters: water fire mold and more
- Deliver 5-star customer service in high-stress situations
- Work hard stay organized and maintain clean company equipment and vehicles
- Use mobile apps to document jobs and communicate with the team
- Participate in the on-call rotation and be ready to assist in after-hours emergencies
- Be a team playerstep in and support other departments when needed
- IICRC Certifications: AMRT WRT
- Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset
- Proficiency in mobile job documentation apps
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently and work nights/weekends as needed
- Fluent in English and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Additional IICRC certifications: OCT TCST FSRT ASD
- Prior experience with mold lead and asbestos abatement
