Location: 300 Ferguson Dr Austin TX 78753
Property Type: Market Rate (under 250 units)
Employment Duration: Regular Full-time
Salary: $18/hour bonus benefits housing discount 401k matching

What You Will Be Doing:
Keep it clean
You will be responsible for maintaining the propertys grounds common areas and amenities. This includes picking up litter cleaning breezeways and preparing areas for resident events.
Make it shine
You will be the hero of curb appeal ensuring walkways are safe outdoor areas are neat and the community looks great every day.
Pitch in with make readies
If you want to grow into a maintenance role this is the perfect place to start. You will assist the Maintenance Team with make readies and gain hands-on experience along the way.
Stay alert and communicate
You will help identify potential hazards or repairs and report them to the Service Director and Property Manager. Safety is always the top priority.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
- Previous experience in apartment groundskeeping porter services or housekeeping
- A strong work ethic and pride in doing things right
- Excellent customer service and a people-first mindset
- Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills and strong attention to detail
- A willingness to learn and grow your skills especially in make readies
