Job Description
A local company with a residence in Alden MI area is currently seeking several Property Caretakers for Direct Hire opportunities with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for Property Caretakers looking for a company that offers excellent growth competitive rates and work-home life balance.
Property Caretakers rates are anticipated to be $70000 - $75000 salaried based on each candidates experience and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Hours are approximately 40 hours per week with excellent work life balance. We offer excellent benefits including medical dental annual bonuses and 401k.
Qualified Property Caretakers will have most if not all of the following skills and experience:
- 2 years of recent experience in Residential Caretaking Housekeeping Property Winterizing Winterizing Boats
- 2 years of recent/relevant experience in Property Management / Personal Assistance / Family Assistance
- Flexible schedule self-directed initiative and proactivity in assisting family needs is a strong qualifier
- Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered)
- Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background verification drug screen references etc.
