Were looking for a skilled and motivated Data Analytics Developer to join our team! Youll play a key part in driving operational efficiency by building data pipelines developing reports and supporting teams across Sales Supply Chain and Finance. Youll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to turn raw data into actionable insights that power planning reporting and strategic decision-making.
This job is based in Cluj-Napoca Romania.
We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of working hybrid.
This is a limited position for 24 months.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Design implement and optimize ETL processes to extract data from different sources transform it to meet business requirements and load it into target sources (on-premise and cloud-based).
Foster collaboration with teams across various functions to gain insights into data challenges create effective solutions and promptly resolve any issues that arise.
Develop tests to ensure data quality and integrity both during our ETL processes as well as within our operational data stores.
Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards to support the Sales Supply Chain and Finance teams. This includes leveraging existing data sources and where necessary integrating new data sources to ensure insights are accurate timely and actionable.
Solve data-related issues within business reports generated using our data and ensure timely resolution by engaging with internal teams and developing the corresponding code to address the underlying issues.
For This Role You Will Need:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Statistics Engineering or equivalent work experience.
At least two years of experience in Information Technology preferably within data and analytics.
Strong SQL development skills preferably with SQL Server.
Solid understanding of database concepts and data modeling.
Experience with ETL tools (e.g. SQL Server Data Tools) and scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Professional proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Prior experience working with ERP systems or other enterprise applications.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
Understanding of data governance and compliance requirements.
Prior experience in working in a multinational environment.
