- Develop and execute strategies to expand our reseller networks driving sales growth in the B2B2C sector.
- Foster strong relationships with distribution partners ensuring alignment with our brand values and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement programs that support partner success and end-customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and partner performance to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Lead mentor and inspire a team of Distribution Partner promoting a culture of excellence and continuous development.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5 years of experience in channel sales or distribution management with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role within the FMCG or Healthcare Products industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth through indirect channels and managing complex partner ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset capable of translating data into actionable strategies.
- A collaborative approach with a passion for mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
