YOUR MISSION
- Identifying the needs of the markets by monitoring activities and communicating regularly with the sales and marketing team
- Management of marketing social media and communication
- Planning implementing and monitoring marketing activities and campaign
- Managing the social media platforms (Facebook groups) and Telegram channels to ensure information is posted in a timely manner and to increase engagement
- Working closely with the copywriters in the team to develop creative campaigns
- Managing the translation of marketing materials into the required languages and their distribution and delivery
- Planning training topics and ensuring all monthly events training and activities are developed and communicated in a timely manner
- Supporting the delivery of physical and online events in particular Zoom webinars product launches and sales related initiatives
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a bachelors degree in business administration sales marketing or similar
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in network marketing / direct sales / international brands
- You have experience in working with CMS (preferably WordPress) and basic knowledge of Adobe CC (file formats InDesign Photoshop and PremierPro)
- You are good at creating communication materials / print media (e-newsletters flyers etc.)
- You work independently and goal-oriented and enjoy presenting in front of larger groups
- You are creative and detail-oriented and have good time management skills
- You have very good MS Office skills
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
