About You
To be eligible youll need a CompletedDiploma in Early Childhood Education and CareCurrent First Aid and CPR Certificate Current Working with Children Check as well as a Child Protection Certificate.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspire children through play-based learning and engaging experiences.
- Plan and implement programs that empower children to lead their learning.
- Create a safe inclusive environment that encourages creativity and resilience.
- Build strong relationships with children families and team members.
- Document and celebrate childrens developmental milestones.
- Lead the curriculum and ensure practices align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
