The Opportunity
We seek to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a luxury residential mixed use new build project in Sydneys iconic Eastern Suburbs. You will be responsible for and ownership of project delivery outcomes while having the support of Senior Management as you require.
You will have established yourself as a high-performing manager with a significant track record of successful project outcomes. You are passionate about leading your project team to success whilst maintaining a standard well above our stakeholders expectations.
As a Project Manager you will own the full responsibilities of a project outcome from contract award through to project completion including the management of each project-specific team and its dynamic program financials profitability subcontractor supplier & consultant relationships contract position internal and external reporting and importantly client relationship management.
Effective client interaction is a core skill. You will build and maintain strong client relationships translating their vision into reality while addressing concerns and offering strategic solutions.
Responsiveness is key. You will be the clients point of contact for escalation and address all client inquiries and concerns fostering trust and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Overall you are passionate about overperforming and delivering construction excellence.
