HCC Support Associate

Under the direction of the HCC Program Manager this position provides operational administrative and technical support to the Healthy Community Collaborative programs Specific duties include but are not limited to: administrative assistance to staff and managers; filing of client record distributing and mailing out letters and program correspondence completing environmental and infection control reports serving as member of the Safety Response Team (SRT) member and completing data entry quarterly reports and special assignments. This position may have secondary duties of ordering and purchasing office supplies and equipment overseeing special financial resources such as petty cash and bus passes.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience: Administrative Support/Clerical
License/Certifications: Valid Texas Drivers License
