Description
Position Purpose: Were excited to invite an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in IT integrations to join our team and lead complex projects within staffing industry solutions focusing on Front Office Middle Office and Back Office technologies. If youre passionate about delivering business impact through seamless system integrations and eager to join a fast-moving results-driven team were excited to partner with you to drive high-impact cost-effective projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multimillion dollar end-to-end IT integration projects including planning execution monitoring and closure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT operations and business stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines resource allocation and risk management strategies
- Ensure all integration projects are aligned with business goals and objectives
- Oversee the integration of various IT systems applications and platforms to streamline staffing processes and improve efficiency
- Manage project budgets track expenses and ensure cost-effective solutions
- Identify and mitigate project risks ensuring timely resolution of issues and challenges
- Communicate project status progress and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management
- Foster a collaborative and innovative project environment promoting continuous improvement and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- PMI or PMP certification
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in project management with a focus on IT integrations.
- Experience working in a professional service setting implementing software projects for internal and external clients
- Strong understanding of IT systems applications and integration methodologies
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in the staffing industry is a plus

- Understanding of Project management methodologies and project planning tools

- Ability to multitask on concurrent projects and deliver work on time and under budget
