Job Description
- Setting Tables:Preparing tables with linens silverware glassware and other necessary items.
- Food Running: Running food to correct tables.
- Refilling Drinks:Replenishing water beverages and other drinks for customers.
- Clearing Plates:Removing used plates and dishes from tables.
- Table Maintenance:Keeping tables clean and presentable throughout service including wiping down surfaces and removing crumbs.
- Assisting Servers:Helping with food delivery carrying out food trays and responding to customer requests.
- Stocking and Cleaning:Restocking condiment stations napkins and other supplies as well as cleaning work areas and service stations.
- Greeting Guests:Helping with the seating and greeting of customers.
- Side Work:Completing tasks like cleaning stocking and other duties to ensure the restaurants operational efficiency.
- Reliability and Punctuality:Consistent attendance and timely completion of tasks are essential.
- Attention to Detail:Paying close attention to cleanliness table setting and overall presentation.
- Communication Skills:Communicating effectively with servers and guests.
- Physical Stamina:The role involves standing and walking for extended periods as well as lifting and carrying items.
- Teamwork:Collaborating effectively with other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Positive Attitude:Maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor towards customers and coworkers.
