Job Description
Wizard Plumbing & Drain is a residential service company specializing in plumbing drain and excavation services. We have served San Mateo County and surrounding areas for over 10 years while focusing on growth development and employee retention. Our team is the key to our success and were looking for a dedicated individual to join our growing family. We are looking for full-time members to be on our team.
The primary duties of a Plumbing Service Technician will include diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues such as leaks clogs and faulty fixtures as well as installing and maintaining pipes faucets and other plumbing components. You will ensure all work adheres to local plumbing codes and safety standards provide clear and courteous explanations of issues and solutions to clients and complete detailed service reports. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system. Communicate with homeowners about the status of their system before and after the service has been performed. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job collecting payments giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation maintaining truck inventory levels among others. $75K-$130K/yr depending on skillset and experience.
