Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
- Oversee core HR functions including payroll coordination expense processing and maintaining accurate personnel records.
- Manage daily office administrationranging from supplies and holiday gifting to employee experience initiatives.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes including asset handover and induction coordination.
- Act as a bridge between new hires and operational readiness to drive smooth transitions.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Be a trusted partner to employees addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
- Design and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction engagement and long-term retention.
Policy Compliance & HR Framework
- Support the implementation of HR policies aligned with local labor law and company culture.
- Stay informed on market trends to continuously refine HR practices and compliance protocols.
Compensation & Benefits
- Administer employee benefit programs effectively and benchmark compensation strategies through market research.
- Collaborate with leadership on reward systems and performance-based incentive structures.
Organizational Development
- Assist in initiatives to drive productivity and improve team effectiveness.
- Contribute to talent management programs and feedback channels for performance improvement.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related discipline.
- 3 - 7 years of proven experience in HRBP or similar strategic HR roles.
- Strong understanding of Italian labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Language proficiency based on nationality:
- Chinese nationals must be fluent in Chinese and English
- Italian nationals must be fluent in Italian and Chinese
- Experience in multicultural environments with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll tools is a strong plus.
- Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to fast-moving high-growth environments.
