Salary: 35000 per annum

Position: Permanent Full-Time

Our client a well-established and highly regarded estate agency is seeking a Lettings Team Supervisor to support and lead their high-performing lettings team.

This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining service excellence across lettings and property management functions while offering key support in the day-to-day running of the team.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Overseeing the property management and renewals process
  • Acting as a team supervisor in the absence of senior management
  • Supporting tenancy progression referencing and renewals
  • Coordinating maintenance issues and ensuring compliance
  • Conducting property inspections and managing key communications
  • Developing new processes to streamline lettings operations
  • Handling general administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day running
