Job Description
- Conduct thorough assessments of damaged contents and structures to determine restoration needs.
- Perform content cleaning inventory and packing for restoration or storage.
- Implement mitigation strategies to prevent further damage from water fire or mold.
- Utilize specialized equipment and techniques for effective restoration processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of job progress and inventory.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients throughout the restoration process.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in restoration preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in restoration cleaning or a related field.
- Strong understanding of water fire and mold mitigation techniques.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks safely.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
