Qualifications - External
Heres What You Need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1 year of healthcare experience strongly preferred.
- Previous Unit Secretary Patient Care Technician or Patient Access Rep experience preferred.
- Possesses organizational skills to function in a fast-paced work environment positive interpersonal skills and good verbal and written communication skills.
What You Will Do:
ORGANIZATIONAL/TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Performs all tasks to meet the needs of physicians staff patient and
other customers.
PARTNERSHIP:
Uses Professional Practice Model philosophy to work in partnership with patients families physicians peers and all other disciplines.
WORKPLACE/PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY:
Serves as a patient advocate.
QUALITY AND SAFETY:
Assists in the identification of ineffective and costly processes and takes action to improve them.

Unit Secretary Emergency (Full-Time / Evenings)

Work location: Texas Health Flower Mound 4400 Long Prairie Rd. Flower Mound TX 75028
Work hours: Full-Time 36 hours weekly (3) 12-hour shifts Evenings 11:00am 11:00pm. Occasional weekends.
Training: Must be able to attend training at the corporate office in Arlington Monday-Friday 8am-5pm during the first week of hire.
