Job Skills / Requirements
Unarmed Security Field Supervisor needed in the greater Milwaukee area
- FT/10-hour 1st & 2nd Shifts/Mon-Thurs - $25/hr - Weekly Pay
To learn and train at various sites to cover for call offs and sick days and to provide additional coverage for the greater Milwaukee area. Must be flexible.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years old
- A high school diploma GED or experience gained through at least 10 years of verifiable employment history.
- Must receive a negative result on the pre-employment drug screen
- No criminal convictions as specified under JBM guidelines and consistent with applicable law.
- At least one verifiable employer
- Able to communicate effectively in English both orally and written for the purpose of public interaction and report writing.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Successful completion of JBMs Orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to gain and maintain appropriate state and local permits and licenses.
- Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standard.
- Neat and professional appearance.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to provide quality customer service.
- Ability to handle typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively at client site.
- Security leadership experience is required
