Responsibilities

Needed proficiencies: proficiency in using reporting software tools (Excel PBI) strong analytical skills for conducting gap analysis excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and SAP advanced knowledge on Supplier Management.

Performs Supplier Database quality checks including supplier analysis between ce ntral and local systems integration with SLP processes missing supplier data collection and correction mamages interface mapping tables between SLP-central-system-local systems ordering vs invoicing parties analysis and integration of new company codes across ERP landcape.

Implements processes to collect additional necessary data for Supplier Management (Basware for invoicing details Trustpair for bank details check DUNS for address and VAT and other local specific websites/tools).

Performs and monitors annual supplier activity review and clean-up if needed.

Initiates and/or participates in reviews with business buyers in charge or suppliers.

Manages global and/or local supplier hierarchy

Performs weekly refresh of PBI dashboards and database information for topics related to supplier management.

Ensures that the process activities are carried-out in accordance with the solution agreed with the customer in the Design and Transition phase.

Ensures that the performance objectives (KPIs) / process delivery time (SLAs) set under the contract are respected for their activity.

Carries out transformation initiatives and projects to deliver financial and productivity benefits to customer in accordance with the contractual clauses concluded with the client;

Presents the performance indicators in the operational reviews meetings if the need and continuously implements process improvement methodologies based on Lean Six Sigma;

Ensures periodical update of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the processes performed updating and validating them with their respective manager who will send them to the customer for sign off ensuring that they are accurate comprehensive and explained in a logical manner tailored to the process needs.

Successfully finalizing of the training plan related to the role hold and tasks;

Providing training and preparing other team members with regards to the daily tasks whenever it is necessary or requested by the manager;

Participates to the external governance established with the internal stakeholders related to process;

Participates to different projects initiatives within Genpact.

Act in accordance with internal compliance regulations understanding the risks of key information exposure (such as but not limited to supplier details prices contracts bank detail information and other confidential aspects).

All activities are performed hybrid/remote or full at the office as per the respective labour contract including 3 or more days presence at the office during visits or other events as per the announced needed presence for hybrid contracts.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

SAP Excel & PowerBI experience

Located in Bucharest willing to come to the office as per RTO agreement/needs/client visits

Intermediate Excel skills

SAP knowledge of transactions/reporting

Good feedback/VOC received from colleagues/client

Preferred qualifications

Good E2E S2P process understanding

Prioritization and time management skills

Excellent communication skills

People oriented

Solution oriented flexible mindset fast in adapting to new changes/requirements

Knowledge about the manufacturing industry
