JLL is seeking talented and flexible Casual Facilities Managers to join our dynamic FM on Demand team. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage diverse facility operations providing crucial support to our clients across a wide range of properties for both short-term and long-term engagements on an as needed basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and service delivery
- Ensure property compliance with regulations and safety standards
- Oversee planned and non-routine maintenance
- Manage third-party supplier relationships
- Assist in budget management
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives
Requirements:
- 7-10 years property management experience or 5 years in related field
- FM or Technical qualifications preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel
- Experience in managing critical environments
