Job Description
0.70 FTE Math Interventionist -Allen Brook School
Seeking a 0.70 FTE Math Professional Level Interventionist who will coordinate and deliver math support for students at Allen Brook School.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Providing and/or coordinating intervention services for the students identified as our most critical concerns (identified through our data processes)
- Collaborating with administrators instructional coaches teachers interventionists and other CVSD coordinators and instructional coaches
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Experience in classroom math instruction and/or intervention
- Knowledge of math progressions
- Attention to detail and a flexible approach to work
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Understanding of Multi-Tiered Systems of Supports
- Experience in using formative assessment
- Understanding of equitable classroom practices including restorative models culturally responsive pedagogy and an understanding of anti-bias / anti-racist practices.
