The Inside Sales Support Representative is a professional who uses their skills and knowledge or support products and services to customers from within the premises of the company. This role is crucial for maintaining internal and external relationships and maximize revenue. This position is a fast-paced environment and requires strong communication negotiation and customer service skills.
Specific responsibilities
Customer Contact: Manage inbound customer calls and requests for quotes and orders account changes maintain customer data and providing access to internal systems.
Ensure sales success through dealer development efforts by working with sales team.
Reporting: Preparing and submitting sales reports for customer credit information and daily orders and providing insights into sales performance.
Collaboration: Working closely with the sales teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Product Knowledge: Developing an in-depth understanding of the companys products and services to effectively present and explain them to customers. Provide quotation support as well as coordinate product technical and application assistance in support of sales associates business development efforts.
Support the Sales team with process improvements and implementation by becoming a project leader and team leader.
Confirms customer purchase orders and pricing for accuracy. Coordinates any changes with Sales Administration Scheduling and/or Operations.
Attends customer sales calls and trade shows to develop customer relationships as product and technical sales support. Identifies opportunities for additional sales and profit.
Attends sales meetings to ensure projects are on track and any open issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in business marketing communications or a related field or equivalent experience.
4 years of related B2B customer experience
Experience: Previous experience in sales especially in a sales role is highly desirable.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry in which the company operates can be beneficial.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using advanced sales tools analytics platforms and software integrations.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
This position reports to the Manager Inside Sales
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Important Notice:This position is primarily remote. However if you reside within a 50-mile radius of a Rehlko site you may be required to work onsite at least 2-3 business days per week.
