Role Purpose
Location- Head Office Ruddington Nottinghamshire
Level - Experienced Professional
Department - Finance
Working Pattern - Hybrid (3 days a week in HQ)

Responsibilities
Drive Strategic Decisions: Develop scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to guide our strategic direction.
Collaborate with Leaders: Partner with department heads to craft detailed budgets and assist with headcount planning.
Financial Reporting Excellence: Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports complete with variance analysis.
Collaborative Efforts: Working with the Commercial Finance team on budget preparation re forecasting asset integration flash reporting and business partnering.
Executive Insights: Create executive dashboards and KPI tracking for insightful management and board reporting.
Performance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance uncovering trends and key drivers.
M&A Support: Play a crucial role in M&A activities including financial modelling and integration planning.
Skills and Experience
ACA ACCA or CIMA - At least 1 year PQE
Private equity or venture capital experience
Demonstrable financial modelling and data analysis experience
