Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to spearhead our Financial Services Product team. In this critical role you will be responsible for the vision strategy roadmap and execution of our embedded finance capabilities. You will work closely with engineering design sales marketing and operations teams to deliver best-in-class solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients hotels of all . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Saas and Embedded finance/payments eco system a proven track record of launching successful products and a passion for solving complex problems.
Your mission should you choose to accept it:
- Define and drive the product roadmap for new financial services aligning with Mews strategic goals and customer needs.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of solutions ensuring seamless integration with customer journeys.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering Design Sales) to deliver secure user-friendly payment features.
- Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities and enhance the payment experience.
- Monitor KPIs and leverage data to optimise solutions and drive continuous improvement.
Youll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:
- 5 years of product management experience with 2 years in payment processing or fintech.
- Deep knowledge of payment systems and financial services including Lending Payroll Accounting and Invoicing.
- Experience with APIs and integrating third-party payment solutions into SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements (e.g. PCI DSS PSD2 GDPR).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making tools (e.g. Amplitude Mixpanel).
