Job Description
3-year apprenticeship as an industrial clerk* (f/m/d) starting on 01.09.2026 at our Waldkirch site in cooperation with the Waldkirch Vocational School Centre (part-time teaching).
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Familiarisation with work processes and the company structure by working in different departments
- Supporting the respective departments in their daily work
- Independent processing of individual work packages in departments or in projects
- Participation in discussions with customers and suppliers
- Participation in negotiations in purchasing
- Order processing in sales
- Participation in the creation of marketing concepts
- Preparation of training courses in human resources
- Processing payment transactions in accounting
- Processing internal orders in the logistics department
- Assisting with the planning and realisation of events
- The use of MS Office SAP and new media will accompany you with us
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Secondary school leaving certificate university entrance qualification A-levels or comparable training
- A keen interest in office and administrative work
- Quick comprehension skills
- Confident manner and enjoy customer contact communication and counselling
- Ability to work in a team
- Organisational talent
- Confident handling of MS Office programmes
- Good knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of German (language level B2 recommended)
- Understanding and interest in the technology and products in our company
