Job Description

2025 Summer Program Paraprofessional
Program Date: June 2nd through August 1st
Tuesday - Thursday (full-time hours available)
Program hours 8:30am - 4:00pm

The Kids Club Summer Program serves students in the first (1st) through fifth (5th) grade. Kids Club staff are responsible for leading and implementing a wide variety of daily activities with children enrolled in the program. Staff are also responsible for the safety and supervision of all program participants. This position will work specificallyto support a student one-on-one.

Some examples of activities applicants must be able to do and may participate in would include:

  • Organized Groups Games
  • Activities both indoors and outdoors.
  • Walking/bending/squatting/running/reaching/pushing/pulling
  • Swimming
  • Attending field trips

Candidates must:

  • Successfully pass a BCI/FBI background check.
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Enjoy working with children in a group setting.
  • Actively supervise and engage with children at all times.
  • Have a positive attitude and be able to work with a team.
  • Be confident fun and dependable.
