Seller Engagement directly supports our mission risk management profitability and of course our Sellers and partners who make this possible. Within Seller Engagement teams include sales distribution (of products and offerings) teams seller and partner strategy teams and a strategic operations team offering numerous areas of impact and influence.

Your Impact:

  • Exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and handle multiple demands in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

  • Use discretion and judgment to manage complex and dynamic executive calendars to ensure their time is being used efficiently including scheduling meetings with internal and external business partners (e.g. FHFA Vendors Townhalls etc.) and providing accountability for any post-meeting activities.

  • Make travel arrangements and maintain travel and expenses within allocated budgets and timelines.

  • Provide oversight management and tracking of key deliverables and assignments due to and from senior management to ensure all timelines are met.

  • Maintain confidential information; may monitor executives email when requested for time-sensitive and/or critical correspondence and issues.

  • Prepare correspondence presentation materials communications and reports.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of administrative experience including executive administrative support.

  • High school degree or equivalent work experience

  • Highly proficient computer skills with the Microsoft Office suite (Word PowerPoint Excel) to include Outlook and SharePoint.

  • Ability to function autonomously and proactively working independently on assignments with minimal oversight and superb level of organization.

  • Must be detail oriented with sound judgment tact diplomacy and discretion.

  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels across the enterprise.

  • Functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the role with a high level of accomplishment efficiency and quality.

  • Ability to work with confidentiality admit mistakes pay close attention to detail and exercise sound judgment and comfort interacting with senior executive management.

  • Record of being proactive and resourceful with demonstrated problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to partner and collaborate developing mutually beneficial relationships outside of the division.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $77000 - $115000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position experience skill set internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
