Operations Manager / General Manager / Head of Operations / Factory Manager / Works Manager will come from an operations background with knowledge of engineering warehouse purchasing and sales environments.
Knowledge ofOSHA DOT and EPA standards is beneficial.

Operations Managerrole:
Foster a high-performance culture rooted in urgency safety quality and alignment with company values.
Take ownership of all operational departments including inside sales warehouse operations shipping and receiving delivery services kitting and the belt fabrication shop.
Drive employee development through hands-on leadership promoting team cohesion mentoring and succession planning.
Ensure all activities meet OSHA DOT and EPA standards while also supporting the efficient oversight of the companys truck fleet.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an Operations Manager/ General Manager / Head of Operations / Factory Manager / Works Manager or similarposition within the engineering industry
- Knowledge ofOSHA DOT and EPA standards is beneficial
- Must hold a full drivers Licence
