What Awaits You
General Summary: The Pharmacy Technician II are responsible for a variety of duties to assist in the preparation and packaging of medications distribution and delivery of medications supporting the maintenance of proper inventory levels and keeping appropriate records and documentation.
Minimum Education:
High school diploma or GED is required.
Required Licensure Certification On-going Training:
Current registration with the Maryland State Board of Pharmacy for Maryland or the District of Columbia Board of Pharmacy for DC as a Pharmacy Technician. Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certified required or obtain PTCB certification within 1 year of hire. Licensure required. PTCB for pharmacy students can be waived for those who have an active Pharmacist Intern License.
1-year experience or equivalent as Pharmacy Tech I is required.
Shift:PRN/On-Call:
Salary Range: Minimum31.00/hour - Maximum31.00/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
