Position Summary:
The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is a newly created role designed to help create the best-in-class data platform through the use and deployment of scalable business intelligence tools. The ideal candidate relishes working with large volumes of data enjoys the challenge of highly complex technical contexts and above all else is passionate about data analytics. They are very familiar with an array of business intelligence tools and partnering with the business to identity strategic opportunities where improvements in data infrastructure creates outside business impacts.
Responsibilities:
  • Interact with executive level management to design custom data solutions
  • Interface with other technology teams to extract transform and load data from a wide variety of data sources
  • Continually improving reporting and analysis processes automating simplifying self-service support for customers
  • Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussion with other members of BI to deliver analytical solutions

  • Follows policies and procedures; completes tasks correctly and on time; supports the companys goals and values.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of SQL & Report Development experience
  • Experience in Mortgage Banking Insurance or any other financial related industry
  • Demonstrates knowledge of adherence to monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and laws as they pertain to this position.
  • Experience with object oriented or functional programming (i.e. Python)
  • Able to evaluate new technologies and build prototypes for continuous improvements in Data Engineering
  • Experience with Self-Service Business Intelligence tools like Tableau and Alteryx
  • Very familiar with Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases (i.e. Snowflake) for running queries for large datasets
  • Bachelors Degree in Economics Computer Science Business Finance or any relevant field or study (i.e. equivalent training or certifications).

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this roles is between $111000 and $136500. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors including your job-related knowledge/skills qualifications experience and market location.
