You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailMission: As the National Marketing Manager for the Nordics you will lead and execute the regional marketing strategy for the full IVD product portfolio including Immunoassays Molecular Diagnostics and Infectious Disease panels. You will be accountable for all marketing and product management related operations aimed to maximise sales market penetration and profitability by tailoring corporate and regional strategies to local market dynamics. You will work cross-functionally with Sales Application Service Medical Affairs Regulatory and in agreement with the Country Manager and close consultation with the Regional and Corporate Marketing to ensure commercial alignment and deliver impactful marketing programs.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the Nordic marketing strategy in alignment with corporate and regional business objectives.
Develop and implement an annual and midterm local go-to-market strategies for key products and new launches as agreed with the regional Marketing team and in close consultation with the Country and Sales Manager.
Monitor and analyse market trends and developments competitors activities and pricing strategies and provide market intelligence to the Regional Marketing Team in alignment with the Country and Sales Manager.
Identify and develop the relationship with local KOLs.
Assure continual data input into EDMA
Prepare and participate to the marketing budget aligned with the departmental OPEX AP.
Enhance the company image by appropriate engagement and representation at exhibitions symposia and customers sites.
Define and organise cascading of product training to sales and customer support teams to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Develop strategies and tactics to protect and enhance pricing of high value products.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer pain points and needs then translate this insight into compelling solution-based selling arguments and tools.
Use Sales dashboard to ensure sales activities are aligned with marketing plans
Participate transversally to customer complaints and enquiries using the CALLS management system.
Participate in product performance evaluations and ensure compliance with quality management requirements.
Ensure preparation and delivery of promotional materials in line with agreed marketing and Sales activities and plans.
Ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics the Quality Management System the Company Policies Corporate Procedures GDPR National Laws (Sunshine Act etc).
Experience Qualifications and Skill Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Life Science Marketing or Business
Minimum 5-7 years experience in marketing/business development in the IVD industry within the Nordics with extensive knowledge of the national and local healthcare system
Commercial mindset with customer focus.
Ability to create successful customer networks and relationships with regional KOLs or public heath institutions.
Ability to work collaboratively across functions and build strong effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Solution orientated with excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making capability.
Ability to assess customer needs and create suitable sales solutions.
Resilience and ability to adapt in fast-paced environment and to changing priorities.
Open minded with a willingness to learn.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with proficiency in more than one Nordics language an advantage
Must be able to travel and hold a valid driving licence.
