As a Talent acquisition Specialist you will be in charge of delivering a high quality and value added end to end staffing support. You will source and evaluate external candidates using innovative and creative channels. By providing active and timely communication to all stakeholders your candidates will have positive experiences of their recruitment with us and a good image of NXP.
You will also be engaged in University Recruiting internal mobility and redeployment securing that our employees are appropriately placed on vacant positions.
Your responsibilities:
Develop the sourcing strategy for each role and agree delivery timeframes with the hiring manager.
Actively seek out fresh and original sourcing strategies to meet client demand using all channels ranging from internal databases and networking to social media platforms.
Produce creative content (jobs and challenging work environment) and manage social media channels to engage with employees/potential candidates and expand the community.
Interact with the internal/external communities universities.
Guarantee application of appropriate and professional selection methods.
Understand the business by building and strengthening relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
Deliver results against KPIs and team objectives.
Identify and propose process improvements and participate to regional projects.
Ensure timely and accurate management information keeping systems updated.
Work with colleagues within your country and across different locations.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
Educated to Master Degree or equivalent in HR or related discipline
First successful experience in recruiting/sourcing complex profiles multi-sites and international environments with outstanding track records
Successful experience in University Recruiting
Excellent practice of end-end recruitment: analysis and job briefing posting selection and evaluation of candidates advice and recommendations to your customers.
Passionate positive and agile in the approach of your profession you also know how to be rigorous and prioritize your activities.
Language skills: Negotiation level in local language and advanced in English.

Contract:This is a 1 year contract that will be transformed in a contract for an undetermined period of time.
