Main responsibilities:
In collaboration with the Senior ESG Manager oversee the development process of the 2025 Sustainability Statement (CSRD) that integrates into the 2025 Universal Registration Document: project management (organizing meetings preparing meeting minutes tracking schedules managing action plans organizing audits etc.) integration and support of stakeholders in the writing process and data collection (internal BIC contributors) ESG data collection and analysis etc.
Ensure the formalization of CSRD & Sustainable Development processes:
Set up templates to standardize data collection processes (owner methodology etc.) with different departments (HR environment etc.)
Structure the Sustainable Development storage spaces.
Assist in the creation of communication materials for internal stakeholders and management committees.
Occasionally assist in the execution of other projects led by the Sustainable Development Department and support its operations.
Skills and qualifications required:
Apprentice at the end of their academic studies with solid prior experience in a company. An independent mature candidate capable of offering solutions.
Ongoing education in sustainable development environmental studies CSR engineering Business school or a related field.
Project management skills and/or organizational aptitude.
Knowledge of environmental regulations and ESG standards (CSRD etc.) is a nice to have for your application.
Proficiency in office tools (Excel PowerPoint etc.).
Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Autonomy attention to detail and team spirit.
English C1

Proactivity and intellectual curiosity.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various departments.
