DAY SHIFT: 100% Full time on site Joint Base Anacostia Bolling (JBAB)Washington DC

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Warehouse Associate will:

Manage Maintain and deploy IT equipment while tracking the lifecycle via a CMDB such as Remedy
Responsible for tracking and reporting on all accountable IT assets. There are more than 50000 accountable configuration items at this time which require an inventory touch each year through automated or manual means.
Produce monthly quarterly and annual deliverables as required by the contract.
Deploy IT equipment for Tech Refresh Deskside Support and Routine Requirements requests and meet all Service Level Requirements (SLA).
Identify obsolete broken and out of warranty equipment.
Provide daily inventory reports as well as maintain a threshold of assets for deployments.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Active DOD Secret Clearance
  • Requires 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with hardware asset management functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Office MS Teams)
  • Must be committed to customer service well organized able to plan and prioritize assignments and able to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing be courteous and professional when interacting with colleagues and customers demonstrate a solid ability to identify and solve problems and be able to work successfully in a team environment.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong working knowledge of BMC Remedy modules especially Asset Management.
  • Has a CAMP or CHAMP Certification
