Key Responsibilities:
Prerequisites/Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years with Salesforce Administration
User/Profile/Role setup
Proactive troubleshooting and problem-solving approach.
Reporting/Dashboard creation
DataLoader usage
Any skills in reporting and analytics with knowledge of Tableau or PowerBI would be a plus
Salesforce Administration
Perform user profile and role setup within Salesforce.
Manage data updates migration and integration processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms.
Design and develop reports and dashboards for all departments to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
Implement advanced analytics solutions and business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) integrated with Salesforce.
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues promptly minimizing disruptions.
Administer user accounts and licenses.
Preferred Skills:
Salesforce Administrator certification.
Knowledge of SOQL and other Salesforce products or AppExchange applications.
Experience with advanced analytics tools and business intelligence platforms.
Google Workspace administration experience.
Familiarity with network administration tasks.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments.
