We are seeking a pleasant efficient and professional Front Office Executive to be the face of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk operations greeting visitors handling calls and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.
Greet and welcome clients candidates and guests with a professional and friendly attitude
Handle all incoming phone calls and route them appropriately
Schedule appointments maintain visitor logs and manage meeting room bookings
Handle incoming and outgoing mail courier services and packages
Maintain and organize front office records documentation and databases
Support administrative tasks such as filing photocopying scanning and data entry
Provide basic information about the company job openings and services to walk-ins
Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
Ensure cleanliness and presentability of the reception area at all times
Assist the HR and operations teams in coordination of interviews and walk-ins
Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Good spoken and written communication in English (fluency is essential)
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Ability to stay calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
Pleasant telephone etiquette and a customer-centric approach
