Tricare Home Health Services Inc. a trusted family-owned agency serving San Antonio since 1996 is hiring PRN Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our field team. Were looking for compassionate independent nurses ready to deliver meaningful care and take control of their own schedule.

What Were Looking For:
- Active Texas LVN license
- 1 year of nursing experience (Home health preferred but not required)
- Reliable transportation for local travel in San Antonio (we pay mileage!)
- Strong sense of independence and clinical confidence in the field
