Accounting Specialist
Accounting Specialist (San Antonio TX)(may work remotely from mainland U.S.). Duties include:Collect manage & record financial data to maintain financial records for a specific project in connection w/beverage production & distribution contracts;Generate pre-billing info for review by project manager; make corrections to invoices;Reconcile payables & receivables & ensure adherence to contract specs;Perform financial calculations of the amounts due interest charges discounts & principal balances;Create maintain & reconcile accounts;Update budgets in accordance w/contract modifications or budget changes;Collaborate with Pabsts operations team to monitor & account for inventory ensure accurate tracking valuation & reporting in connection w/each individual contract;Prepare& issue invoices;Reconcile & report to the project manager discrepancies in billing invoices & ensure compliance w/the contract requirements;Assist contract administrator by auditing subcontractors invoices; Ensure accuracy of profit & loss calculations for particular project;coordinate w/internal & external project team; make collections calls as needed on unpaid/late invoices.
Postsecondary Non-Degree Certificate in Accounting or General Associate Degree and one year experience in accounting support for projects in beverage industry is required. Salary $60000 per year. Send resume and cover letter to Pabst Brewing Company LLC 711 Broadway San Antonio TX 78215.
