Job Description
The Delivery Coordinator / Lot Attendantwill be responsible to effectively communicate the following information.
- Write Vehicle descriptions using dealership systems
- Ensure lot is clean and orderly
- Take pictures of freshly detailed vehicles for our website
- Commit to becoming an expert and gain in depth knowledge of our brands vehicles accessories and technology
- Give customers in depth information on owners manual and warranty
- Demonstrate features of the vehicle show the customer navigation (i.e. help them connect Bluetooth to their mobile phone)
- Check the detailing to ensure its pristine for the customer
- Dealership orientation welcome tour introducing customers to the various points of interest of the dealership
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. Were looking for a friendly tech-savvy individual to fill our Delivery Coordinator / Product Specialist opening. This role is heavily focused on customer service. You dont have to have automotive experience to be successful. This job has a history of translating into a successful Sales Consultant career within our company.
- Outgoing personality.
- Excellent appearance verbal/written communication strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Valid Drivers License.
