Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)is currently seeking a Decorative Paint Team Lead to join the 787 Program Delivery Center Team inNorth Charleston South Carolina. This position will support B Shift.
The Team Lead will be responsible for but are not limited to performing tasks in the following areas; pre-shift planning crew meetings team status updates labor loss production control training process improvement and Lean/BPS.
Primary Responsibilities:
Performs painting of aircraft sections per customers design and unique livery requirements.
Verifies aircraft is ready for exterior finish.
Makes necessary patterns performs layout and applies prescribed primers paints and finishes to exterior of aircraft.
Prepares exterior surface of aircraft for painting.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
Able to work night shift and overtime on a business need
3 years of aircraft painting experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1 years of Team Lead/ Temp Team Lead Experience
