About the Role:
We are looking for a mid-level Product Manager with expertise in electrical measurements and benchtop test equipment such as Source-Measure Units (SMUs) Digital Multimeters (DMMs) DC Power Supplies Arbitrary Waveform Generators (AFGs) and low-level measurement products such as nano-voltmeters and pico-ammeters. This role suits those who excel in a collaborative engineering setting and aspire to business leadership. You will manage a portfolio of precision test products coordinating with engineering and sales to develop growth strategies and drive product development and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive product strategy and roadmap for precision DC and instrumentation solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering marketing and sales to define and deliver competitive global product offerings.
- Travel to customers and gather VOC (Voice of Customer) conduct market and customer research to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities.
- Lead product lifecycle activities from concept through launch and sustainment.
- Support business development initiatives and customer engagements.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of technical experience in electrical measurements and benchtop test equipment.
- 34 years of experience in product management or business development.
- Strong analytical communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Cleveland OH (on-site role due to the collaborative nature of the work).
