ARE YOU THE DIRECTOR OF BEHAVIORAL SERVICES OUR TEAM NEEDS
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- D. or masters degree in applied behavior analysis psychology special education or a related field (or equivalent experience with BACB supervision eligibility)
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) strongly preferred
- 5 years of post-graduate experience leading behavior intervention programs including work with individuals with severe behaviors trauma histories and multiple disabilities
- Experience leading supervising and developing high-performing clinical teams
- Reliable transportation
