- Respond promptly to incoming leads via phone email and other communication channels.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with leads and nurture relationships with potential customers.
- Provide detailed information about our vehicles promotions and dealership services to interested prospects.
- Schedule appointments for vehicle demonstrations and test drives ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with sales team members to facilitate communication and follow-up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Availability to work a full-time schedule Monday through Friday. Must be available Mondays and Thursdays and every other Saturday until 8:00 PM.
