Job Description
Location: Moncks Corner SC
We are hiring immediately!! for a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee the operation of our Concrete Boom Pumps services in the Moncks Corner area. This role requires a reliable and skilled individual to ensure smooth efficient and safe daily operations.
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of concrete boom pumps.
- Manage and oversee field crew to ensure safety quality and productivity.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and in good working condition.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot issues.
- Enforce company safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate with management and customers as needed.
- CDL (Commercial Drivers License) is required.
- Clean driving record.
- Must have experience
- Previous experience with concrete boom pumps preferred but not necessary as long as you have your cdl.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Experience with equipment maintenance is a plus.
