Xtrordinair a private jet and yacht management company is hiring a full time bookkeeper. is looking for an individual with bookkeeping experience. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team.
Requirements:
- Must be proficient in QuickBooks
- Must be proficient in Microsoft 365
- College degree required
- Aviation experience is a plus!
Responsabilities:
- In charge of record keeping for reciepts and expenses log keeping
- Manage all accounting functions in the office; including daily monthly quarterly and annual accounting tasks and reporting to C.P.A.
- Manage the day-to-day financial invoicing and collection operations for our office.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Record and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate and manage office inventory and supplies
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Perform other administrative duties as needed
- Be able to use personal cell phone for work. A company computer will be provided.
