What will you be doing
- Engages in daily operation of Patch Availability Reporting (PAR) which includes data analysis setup review and reporting.
- Delivers high quality consistent and on-time Patch Intel utilizing tools processes and policies.
- Works under general supervision.
All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this opportunity:
- Completed a High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience in a related field/area
- Ability to decipher and understand technical information such as technical documentation product release information and security vulnerabilities
- Ability to professionally facilitate questions from internal employees among various departments
- Ability to perform basic analysis of customer data
- Ability to import data and provide an initial review
- Ability to process request by Customer Success Manager (CSM) and Data Acquisition (DA) Teams
- Ability to produce PAR and/or Status cards based on defined schedules
- Ability to perform other tasks or assignments request by managers
Your Total Rewards Package
The range of base salary for the position is between $19.20 - $25.10 per hour and may also include annual incentives performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location.
