POSITION SUMMARY:
HighRoad Information Technology LLC. based in Newport Beach California has an immediate position available for a Customer-Service oriented IT Systems Administrator. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on technical experience across Computer Desktop Support including Windows 10/11 Data Backup Basic Network Concepts AntiVirus/Anti-Malware Applications Microsoft 365 Office Applications Active Directory and Understanding of VOIP Concepts.

This role requires candidates to live in California within commuting distance of customer locations throughout Los Angeles/Orange/Riverside/San Bernardino Counties.
DESIRED SKILLS:
Microsoft Windows (Desktop)
Active Directory
Microsoft 365/Azure
Network Configuration
Computer Systems Deployment Install and Upgrade Computer Components Software and Desktop Applications including Antivirus/Antimalware
Microsoft Certified (Preferred): Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Professional
IT Certifications: MCSA/MSCE Network A Security
