Group Reporting Accountant
Parramatta $110k Super 1 Day WFH Multinational Listed Company

Were on the lookout for aGroup Reporting Accountantwhos keen to step into a dynamic head office function within the multibillion listed entity.
Key Responsibilities
- Report monthly financial results of business units including disclosure notes.
- Prepare both consolidated and standalone annual statutory financial statements for the Group.
- Maintain the General Ledger for corporate and consolidation entities including preparation and posting of journals accruals and adjustment entries.
- Perform monthly General Ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and reconcile intercompany data for actuals forecasts and planning cycles.
- Perform tax effect accounting and tax true-up calculations as part of legal entity reporting.
- Provide technical accounting advice and support particularly in relation to mergers and acquisitions.
- Manage the end-to-end Joint Venture (JV) reporting process including actuals forecasts and plans ensuring timely submission of financial information from JV partners.
- Coordinate the planning and issuance of reporting instructions and templates for JV partners.
- Produce monthly treasury reports in line with group requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for internal controls and financial processes.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing relevant data documentation and insights.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects reporting tasks and process improvement initiatives as required.
Were Looking For
- CPA CA or ACCA qualified
