Job Summary
Your mission
We are looking for a new part-time Intern to support on our daily Office Admin tasks
What you Will do:
- Assists in travel and admin matters.
- Support in the preparation and organization of internal company meetings
- Support in the management of office equipment office furniture snacks & beverages office supplies etc.
- Assists in team building activities.
- Help with new hire onboarding duties.
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipments.
- Support in processing invoices and expenses.
- Take care of invitation letters for Visa request and support hotel booking for foreign colleagues.
Your profile
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business Studies or similar.
- Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)
- Time management and organizational skills
- A team player with great attention in details
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
